EcoSol conducted value engineering for OMNITARDE new office building to optimize the Electro-Mechanical designs and system, reduce the capital investment, and optimize the energy performance by incorporating the energy efficiency standards at early stage in the design.
By conducting the MEP Value Engineering Service for this building, EcoSol reduced the capital investment by 35,000 JD and at the same time reduced the annual energy consumption by 30,000 JD.
